3 days 2 nights Samburu Road Package

Itinerary;
DAY 1; Nairobi – Samburu National Park.

You will be pickup at 0800 hrs and transported, northward, to the Central Highlands. You will cross the Equator as you approach Mt. Kenya, a latent volcano with a luminous cap of snow and ice. After a short stopover, you will experience your first game-viewing drive while you make your way through the rugged northern parts of Kenya to Samburu National Reserve in Kenya’s semi-desert. You will settle into your contented lodge in the reserve in time for dinner.

DAY 2; Samburu National Park Full day.

After a very early breakfast you will spend the sunrise hours along the Ewaso Nyiro River. The very early morning viewing time is when the animals are their most active. Get ready for some amazing game viewing as your tour guide leads you in search of the animals. Samburu is home to some of Africa’s rarest game species. The river’s permanent waters abound with crocodile and hippo and attract plenty of wildlife You will return to the lodge for lunch and then head out on an additional game drive before retiring back at camp for dinner and your overnight stay.

DAY 3; Samburu – Nairobi.

You will rise for one last early morning game drive that promises to be thrilling and memorable. You will return to the lodge for breakfast and checkout, leaving for Nairobi. You will arrive in Nairobi in the late afternoon. This is where your safari will end.
